Thanks for listening. We are really glad you enjoy the music. We would love to travel to Japan and play some shows, if we can build a following.
You are a lawyer? What type? I am a lawyer over here in the U.S.A. (criminal defense).
(Kitamura MOTO-AKI)
Hi, thanks for the comment.
I am an administrative lawyer in Japan. I handle the case concerned with permission of the admistrative office etc.
(Josiah Hawk)
Very interesting...from the government's administrative office? Or a corporate administrative office?
(Kitamura MOTO-AKI)
Government's.
And we also make a company, make a document about people's rights and duties and so on.
In Japan, only we can do these as a proxy, as a job.
(Josiah Hawk)
Oh, so only government lawyers can make the articles of incorporation company bylaws for the shareholders in Japan? Very interesting...here only self-interested, private directors (usually without legal training - but with legal advice) do so...I do criminal law, but admin law and corporate tax/liability are kind of a "hobby."
(Kitamura MOTO-AKI)
No, I am not a government lawyer. Also Private. we can be a people'proxy. If people want to do some licensed business, they ask us to support to get the license FROM the government's administrative office.
Anyway your's also curious. Keep in touch. Have a nice week.
(Josiah Hawk)
Very interesting. I would love to practice international law one day.
Anyway I rock.
You rock ?
